IAR&T (Ib) Staff CICS Ltd. was formed in the year 1998 by the Staff of Institute of Agricultural Reaserch & Traning Ibadan and registered under the Oyo State ministry of Trade, Investment and Cooperatives with the vision of improving the welfare of members and providing a financial leverage and support for members to meet their needs. The creation of this site is one of the various steps being taken to achieve these and to further foster our dear society. You are welcome!
